This program is perfect for those of you looking for next steps or to learn more about yourself. It's easy to lose yourself as you're busy fulfilling your current life roles and responsibilities. However, your essential self is still alive and well and wanting to be listened to. Coaching is designed to discover and redefine your life goals and true desires. Hidden beneath your busy schedule is the you, who knows that something is missing, even though life should be wonderful. Give yourself the gift of time to get reacquainted with yourself and determine the next steps for your life. As we clear away thoughts and stories you think apply to the real you, it may be a surprise to learn what it is that you "Really Want Out of Life!" Many of the tools for this program are taken from "Finding Your Own North Star" by Dr. Martha Beck.

Call to schedule a consultation. I use to offer a "One size fits all program". Now I'm learning that everyone of my clients needs their own custom made individualized self-discovery program. I can promise that you'll end this eight week program with a new enthusiasm for life and a transformed spirit. Together, we'll discover "How to Claim Your Right Life No Matter What".

When you're ready to get started, we'll arrange for phone appointments or personal appointments that will fit with your schedule. Cost of the program for eight sessions is $400.

4 SESSIONS
I'll also offer an amended four session version of the same program for $200

"Optimal Green Living by Thinking Green: Replace those Toxic Thoughts"

This program is a two session program based on the work of Brooke Castillo "Self Coaching 101" and Byron Katie's "The Work" In just two coaching sessions, you can learn to be your own "life coach" by reframing your thoughts as you react to "when life happens". If your day or an incident at home or work is bringing up feelings that are causing you to suffer (fear, sadness, anger, hurt, etc.), it may be that your life could be dramatically changed by learning to reframe your thinking. We all bring different issues to the table, so each client gets their own individualized program.
Cost of Two Session Program: $150.00

"The Secret Behind the Secret"

This program is for those of you, who believe in the "Law of Attraction". Yet, you find that the principles discussed in "The Secret" don't necessarily lead to attracting what you desire. Based on "Steering by Starlight: Finding Your Right Life No Matter What" by Dr. Martha Beck. Can be offer through individual or group coaching.
